Unit: D20 was sparkling clean & well maintained-very comfortable & the view is spectacular-Plenty of heat w/o fireplace-good hot water, lots of towels, etc.
Athletic Club: well maintained, excellent variety of exercise equipment. We used it on 4 mornings and found the staff to be very hospitable & helpful. Very clean & orderly-nothing out of place-plenty of sanitizer available.
Store/Welcome Center: very welcoming, well staffed, helpful & courteous. Check in was efficient, informative & thorough.

We were exceptionally pleased with everything about the resort! Unit was superb! Location! The lake, wow! Employees very friendly and helpful. Our phone did not work, and in less than 5 minutes someone was here to fix it! Supplies were amazing - even a cookie sheet. We could have moved right in and stayed for quite a while with all the utensils, etc. E23

Unit had two couches and two chairs. Plenty of extra towels and linens. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary supplies. The unit was very clean. Had no maintenance issues during our stay. Everything was clean and well cared for. Great access to fishing and they provided a birth for our boat without charge. The workout facilities are first rate. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. The resort is not brand new but it is well maintained and very comfortable. They tell you up front that ell service is not reliable and internet is limited. You are about 10 miles from town which was fine with us but might not be for others. Overall we had a great time and will be going back at the first opportunity. E26
We enjoyed our stay so much; we purchased a week in September from the Resort. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. This is a gem of a resort in a one of a kind setting. We were blessed, indeed, to spend time at Pend Oreille Shores. E30
Exceptionally clean and well-maintained unit. Appliances, grout, carpet (even in white socks) were extremely clean. Well-groomed grounds. Trees are full of moss, but no evidence on walkways. Grills were lean and well scraped. We were there before the area’s official summer action begins on Memorial Day, so the atmosphere was quiet and very relaxing…just what w wanted…easy and hassle-free. D19
This is a fantastic place to stay. Lovely units, heavy quilts on the beds—very pretty. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Steamroom and sauna are freshly remodeled. We really like staying here. Sandpoint is a few miles away, small shops and friendly people. G40

We stayed at this resort eight years ago, and it was nice then. The updates since then were well done. We like to prepare our meals, so if you are looking for a "fully-equipped" kitchen you will be happy with this one. The furniture was very comfortable, too. And the view (balcony view, overlooking marina, beautiful lake and mountains) was the resort amenity we used most. Smelling a batch of brownies baking and putting a log on the fire was the best. We came to rest and relax. After a long ride, it’s always nice to see a smiling face with a quick and efficient check-in procedure. The grounds were very well maintained. My compliments to the housekeeping department, also. Our unit was very clean. This resort provided a very comfortable and relaxing vacation experience. B9
This unit was fabulous. We have stayed before and have always enjoyed our stay and our unit. This time we selected a two bedroom unit instead of a one bedroom. It was enormous. Loved it. We traveled with an extra person, so it worked out very nicely with privacy for all. A2
