Reasonable offers will be considered on the HOA intervals listed below. Sales are first come, first served. Maintenance Fees may be due for this year's and next year's occupancy (Maintenance Fees are billed one year in advance). It is customary to pay the Maintenance Fees starting with the first year of occupancy. Closing costs are not included in the prices below ($97.00 transfer fee and $3.00/page recording cost). Call the Resort, (208) 264-5828 ext. 101, for more information. There is a maximum of six Athletic Club memberships (including dependents) with each unit. Names of adults must appear on the deed.
Exchange Companies' color designations are: RCI (Red, White, Blue)/ Interval International (Red, Yellow, Green). Red is the designation signifying the highest demand for trading purposes.
