The list of intervals below have been deeded back to the Pend Oreille Shores Resort Homeowners' Association through prior Foreclosure Sales or voluntarily by former owners.    Maintenance Fees are billed one year in advance.   Call the Resort, (208) 264-5828 ext. 101, for more information. There is a maximum of six Athletic Club memberships (including dependents) with each unit. Names of adults must appear on the deed.
